Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.

Credits and Payments

Credits are deducted when you generate an image. If generation fails, credits are automatically refunded. Purchased credits are non-refundable but do not expire. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. This includes but is not limited to: NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content of any kind (whether involving real or AI-generated subjects); non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornography; sexualized depictions of minors; face-swap, face-manipulation, or deepfake content of real people without their explicit consent; content that harasses, defames, or impersonates others; and any content that violates applicable law. All prompts are screened by automated content moderation before generation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund, and to report illegal content to law enforcement. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images generated using our service. We do not claim rights over your generated content. The service itself, including its design and code, remains our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
