Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

1. Overview

Open Source Img provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and — in serious cases — reporting to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Open Source Img to generate, upload, or distribute:

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, or suggestive material involving real or AI-generated subjects.
  • NSFW, "uncensored," "unfiltered," or "no-filter" content of any kind.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfake pornography or simulated nudity of any real person.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content depicting minors. Any attempt to generate such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
  • Face-swap, face-manipulation, or deepfake content of real people without their explicit, documented consent.
  • Impersonation of real individuals, including public figures, for the purpose of deception, harassment, or fraud.
  • Harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Violent, graphic, or gore content intended to shock or incite violence.
  • Illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy laws, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Misleading political or election-related content intended to deceive voters or manipulate elections.
  • Content that violates the terms of service of any underlying AI model provider used by this platform.

3. Prohibited Use Cases

  • Creating fake identification documents, currency, or official records.
  • Generating content designed to spread disinformation or propaganda.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any content moderation or safety measures.
  • Automated scraping, reselling, or redistributing Open Source Img outputs as a competing service.
  • Using the service to train competing AI models.

4. Content Moderation

Every text prompt submitted for image or video generation is screened by automated content-moderation systems before it is routed to the underlying model. Prompts that match our prohibited categories are rejected. Repeated attempts to submit prohibited content will result in account suspension without refund.

We reserve the right to review generated outputs at any time and to remove content, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any reference images you upload, and that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately to support@opensourceimg.com. We investigate all reports and respond within three business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of Open Source Img after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
